KrisEnergy Ltd. (“KrisEnergy” or “the “Company”), an independent upstream oil and gas company, is pleased to announce the award of the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning (“EPCIC”) contract for the production and processing facilities for the Nong Yao oil development in block G11/48 in the Gulf of Thailand.
Technip, in a joint venture with Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Sdn Bhd (MMHE)(1), has received confirmation from PETRONAS Carigali for a substantial(2) engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) contract for the development of two gas fields in Block SK316.
Technip was awarded by Sarawak Shell Berhad an engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning contract for two new gas-export lines at the Laila and D12 fields, respectively located 50 kilometers Northwest of Miri, at a water depth of 75 meters, and 140 kilometers offshore Bintulu, Malaysia, at a water depth of 50 meters.
Technip, in a consortium with AFCONS Infrastructure Ltd and TH Heavy Engineering Berhad, was awarded a contract by Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC), worth approximately €220 million (Technip share: about €50 million), for the Heera Redevelopment (HRD) process platform project in the Arabian Sea, at approximately 70 kilometers South-West of Mumbai, India.
Aker Solutions has been awarded the second call-off project under the Sleipner Modification Portfolio Agreement, involving the tie-in of gas production from Dagny. Contract value is NOK 650 million and the work will commence immediately.
Aker Solutions has been awarded a topside modification contract by Statoil to increase oil recovery at Gullfaks South. Estimated contract value is NOK 180 million.
Bergen Group Rosenberg AS has been awarded a Letter Of Intent (LOI) from Statoil for an onshore modification project on the Njord Bravo-FSU vessel. The contract value is estimated to NOK 212 million exclusive of options, and includes FEED study activities and EPCIc (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and commissioning assistance) scope.
Technip, in a consortium with Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (DSME) Co. Ltd., the Technip-Daewoo Consortium (TDC), was awarded by Petronas Floating LNG 1 (Labuan) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) a services contract for engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning for floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) facility
Petrofac Facilities Management Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd (Petrofac), part of the Petrofac Group, has been awarded a US$220 million contract by PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of PETRONAS, the Malaysian national oil company, for the refurbishment of the Bekok-C platform, located in Block PM9 in the south-eastern part of the Malay basin.
