JP Kenny Norway has signed a Front End Engineering Design (FEED) contract with Norske Shell for the high temperature, high pressure Linnorm project in Norway. Valued at approximately US$9 million (NOK 55 million), this contract forms part of a global Enterprise Frame Agreement awarded to Wood Group Kenny earlier this year by Shell Global Solutions International BV.

AMEC, the international engineering and project management company, has been awarded a contract from BP Exploration & Production Inc. (BP) to provide Front End Engineering Design services (FEED) for the topsides facilities for the second phase of the Mad Dog field development. The new facility will be of one of the largest floating production systems to be installed in the Gulf of Mexico.

Foster Wheeler AG (NASDAQ: FWLT) announced today that a subsidiary of its Global Engineering and Construction Group has been awarded an owner's engineer contract for a new LNG liquefaction project to be located in Hackberry, Louisiana, by Cameron LNG LLC, an affiliate of Sempra Energy, planned to export up to 12 million tons per annum of LNG.
