Canada-based Pacific Rubiales, the largest private oil producer in Colombia, announced a $1.2 billion capital spending plan for 2012, roughly equal to last year's spending, and said it expects oil output to increase by 15% to35%.
Canada-based oil company Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp., whose main assets are in Colombia, said Friday its 2010 net income was $217.6 million, a sharp turnaround from a loss of $125.8 million the year before.
For the first time, a foreign company, Canadian energy producer Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp., has become the heaviest-weighted share in Colombia's main IGBC stock index, the Colombian Stock Exchange said Monday.
